WHAT INFORMATION DOES GIFTERZZ.COM SHARE WITH THIRD PARTIES?

Gifterzz.com does not sell your data; however, we may make names and addresses that are collected online available to our Advertising & Alliance Promotion Network (AAPN). If you do not wish to have your name and address shared with AAPN (other than third parties who provide services to Gifterzz.com), please unsubscribe from our “Subscription center”. Our subscription center may take approximately 30 days to completely remove your subscription services from AAPN.
When you send an email from Gifterzz.com to a friend, we will send your selected recipient your email address, message, and your selected outfit or item(s). We may include an opportunity for the recipient to sign up to receive promotional materials from Gifterzz.com.
There is a possibility that Gifterzz.com could merge with, acquire, or be acquired by another business entity, or be involved in a corporate reorganization or other change of control.
